The House Republicans included Liz Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL), Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA), Rep. Chris Jacobs (R-NY), Rep. John Katko (R-NY), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR).
