Hunter Biden’s former associate-turned-whistleblower is providing testimony against the president’s family in front of congressional lawmakers on Capitol Hill. As previously reported by Slay News, Bobulinski is giving his testimony privately on Tuesday before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees. Bobulinski collaborated with Hunter Biden to establish SinoHawk Holdings, a joint venture with the Chinese energy company CEFC.
He has previously disclosed that he had a meeting with Joe Biden in 2017 to discuss the family’s business dealings abroad. Bobulinski has been preparing to testify against the Bidens and expose their alleged involvement in foreign influence peddling and bribery. Although the transcripts of today’s testimony have not been released to the public, a leaked copy of Bobulinski’s prepared opening statement has been obtained by the media.
In his statement, Bobulinski asserts that President Biden “enabled” his son Hunter to sell access to America’s “most dangerous adversaries,” including the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Russia, and others. Similar to statements made by fellow whistleblower Devon Archer, Bobulinski will testify that based on his personal experience, it is evident that President Biden was the focal point of the Biden family’s business endeavors.
“His family’s foreign influence peddling operation—from China to Ukraine and elsewhere—sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government,” Bobulinski will testify.
“Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability,” Bobulinski is telling lawmakers
“The only reason any of these international business transactions took place—with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family—was because Joe Biden was in high office.”
Bobulinski adds: “The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.”
Bobulinski is also blowing the whistle on “possible violations by Joe Biden of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).”
Bobulinski is prepared to provide a comprehensive account of the CCP-managed CEFC’s agreement with the Biden family, emphasizing its role as a “proxy” for the Chinese Communist Party.
“The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or ‘CEFC’—a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate—successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House,” Bobulinski asserts.
