(TStarnes) – The pregnant nurse in New York City who was labeled a “white supremacist” and accused of taking a Citibike from black kids has receipts that prove otherwise.

Sarah Comrie, 36, was placed on leave by her employer after a video clip went viral calling her a “racist Karen.”

Justin Marino, who is representing Comrie, says the documents show the six-month pregnant physicians assistant had booked the Citibike outside of Bellevue Hospital after finishing her shift.

“The receipts show unequivocally that she got the bike first,” he told the Daily Mail. “But there is no animosity towards the men in the video. We frankly wish them the best in the future. The focus is clearing her name and going after the publications and high profile names that defamed her.”

He told Fox News, “We are going to get an answer when we start filing defamation lawsuits. The media … she’s been called a racist. She’s been called a thief. There are reasons defamation laws exist and we plan to pursue that.”

The video released was just the partial video.

National radio host Todd Starnes compared her case to Nicholas Sandman, who was falsely disparaged in the media based on a video clip.

“Do you see what’s going on here? This is really appalling and heinous,” Starnes said.

Race-baiting attorney Ben Crump deleted his tweet about the incident Friday.

“This is unacceptable!” Crump wrote. “A white woman was caught on camera attempting to STEAL a Citi Bike from a young Black man in NYC. She grossly tried to weaponize her tears to paint this man as a threat. This is EXACTLY the type of behavior that has endangered so many Black men in the past!”
