The New York City police are currently in pursuit of suspects involved in a violent clash between gangs of illegal immigrants in Times Square. This altercation resulted in the stabbing of a 17-year-old migrant, prompting the NYPD to release surveillance footage and photographs of the individuals involved. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, involved numerous illegal aliens. As of now, six individuals have been apprehended in connection with the incident. Michael Colome, aged 22, and a 16-year-old have been charged with gang assault, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon. Additionally, two other 16-year-olds and two 14-year-olds have been charged with gang assault and assault.
It has been reported that these individuals are being housed in a migrant camp funded by taxpayers in close proximity to the area. The police are still actively searching for 16 more suspects. The NYPD has released video footage and photographs of the eight suspects they are currently seeking.
Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
Five of the individuals being sought are described as “males with a light complexion,” while three are identified as “males with a medium complexion,” according to the police. Following a reported stabbing, law enforcement responded to the area of West 42nd Street and 7th Avenue shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The 17-year-old migrant was discovered with a stab wound to the lower back and was transported to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. Police reported that the stabbing occurred after a group of illegal aliens engaged in a verbal dispute with the teenage migrant gang member. A physical altercation ensued, during which the group repeatedly punched and kicked the young migrant before stabbing him.
The suspects fled the scene on foot and were last seen entering the Times Square subway station. A large knife was recovered by authorities at the location.
Times Square has been the site of numerous violent incidents involving migrants in recent weeks. These incidents have included violent robberies and the mob assault of two NYPD officers. Several migrants were charged in connection with the NYPD beating incident, during which they kicked and punched the officers after being instructed to move along 42nd Street last month.
Following their arrests, many of them were released without bail, leading to severe criticism of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
