President Joe Biden engaged in a verbal exchange with a reporter after a short campaign event in Philadelphia, where he was addressing the concerns of black voters.

“President Biden, will you be serving your full four-year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?” a reporter shouted as Biden.

“Are you okay? Are you alright?” Biden replied, according to a clip posted by C-SPAN. “You’re not hurt are you? I said are you okay? Did you fall on your head or something?”

According to recent surveys, Biden and Harris have initiated an outreach initiative in an attempt to attract black voters who are increasingly gravitating towards former President Donald Trump. A significant number of individuals who now support Trump have expressed dissatisfaction with their financial situation under the Biden and Harris administration. Additionally, there is a sense of anger among some towards the administration’s lenient immigration and border security policies, which have resulted in local Democratic leaders redirecting tax funds from citizen-focused programs to support migrants residing in the country unlawfully.
