(TStarnes) – Many wondered what hand gestures President Biden was making when he landed in Kentucky Monday.

“Elder abuse,” one user said.

“Thought it was an ice cream truck,” another said.

“This man is crazy,” someone else wrote.

Then during the press conference with Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D), Biden, who recently had COVID twice, coughed without a mask on.

Beshear had to tell Biden, “You’re the president,” when he asked if he could say something.
