(CBrief) – Chaos broke out at the White House Press Briefing when the subject off former President Donald Trump was mentioned.
Trump is the current frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination and reporters wanted to know if President Biden was following the words and actions of the man he described as a danger.
But White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was in a precarious position because mentioning anything to do with a future election is a violation of the Hatch Act.
Reporters were relentless in their pursuit of a simple answer but the press secretary did her best to dance around the questions.
